EVEN THOUGH WE DON’T LIKE TO TALK ABOUT IT, WE ALL KNOW….Diarrhea describes bowel movements (stools) that may be frequent, loose or watery. This is very common and usually not serious. Most of us will have diarrhea once or twice each year. In most cases, diarrhea does not require treatment. It usually lasts only a couple of days, whether you treat it or not. However, essential oils can help you feel better, especially if you also experience painful cramping.
The ANTI-D blend was developed to help with occasional diarrhea or sudden diarrhea (including traveler’s diarrhea). The essential oils may help with pain and cramping.
Use at the first sign of symptoms. SHAKE BEFORE EACH USE. Rub on belly every hour until there is relief. Then use every few hours until resolved. Discontinue once frequent loose bowel movements and cramping is no longer an issue.
This is not intended for on-going treatment of loose stools. It is always best to determine the cause of any chronic concern. See your health care provider for guidance.
