It is most effective to use essential oils at the first sign of discomfort. Place a few drops onto your palm. Inhale and apply to abdomen OR apply roller directly to abdomen. Repeat as needed for comfort.
As with all natural products it is advised to store away from heat and direct sunlight to maintain quality.
