MAKE YOUR OWN ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS

easy + peasy

It can be overwhelming with all of the different options and ideas out there.  Here are a few simple blends that you can use everyday wellness.

ENHANCE BREATHING

Helpful during cold or allergy season.  Eucalyptus has a decongestant effect.  Tea tree is anti-microbial and Lavender is calming for the lungs and the mind.  This oil is wonderful to inhale directly from the bottle or apply a little under your nose or apply to chest.

NEED TO WAKE UP

This oil has a lovely minty woodsy aroma.  You will enjoy a few sniffs of this in the morning to get going or during an afternoon slump or before a test for a little pick me up.  It is better than a cup of coffee.  Simply inhale from the bottle or roller.  Apply to neck or wrist and inhale.

HEADACHE

When needed you can inhale the pleasing aroma of the essential oil blend and/or apply roller to temples, forehead, behind the ears and back of neck as needed for tension and pain.

UPSET TUMMY

This blend can be helpful for many digestive issues: queasiness, indigestion or even a bit hungover.  Inhale.  Apply directly to the abdomen at the first sign of discomfort.

NEED TO GET SOME SLEEP

or at least relax a bit

Use this blend just before bedtime, or when ever you need to relax.  Inhale and apply to neck, chest and wrists.  You can also add the essential oil blend to water and spritz your pillow before bed.  If needed, reapply during the night if you have a hard time getting back to sleep after going to the bathroom.
